2. Data We Collect

Account information

When you create an advertiser account we collect your email address, company name, and authentication credentials.

Campaign data

We store the ads you upload (videos, titles, landing URLs), daily budgets, targeting preferences, and performance metrics (views, clicks, spend).

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. We retain Stripe customer and payment identifiers to reconcile invoices and history.

Usage and analytics data

We collect cookies and device data (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and to understand traffic.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your advertiser account.
• To deliver, measure, and optimise your ad campaigns.
• To process payments and issue invoices.
• To provide customer support.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data under the legal bases of contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the platform), consent (for non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting).

5. Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following trusted service providers, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU region).
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Cloudflare — CDN and video streaming infrastructure.
• Vercel — application hosting.

6. International Transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the EU. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to safeguard your rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 10 years for invoices under Romanian tax law).

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, encrypted database storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Revv Business is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
