Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Revv Business you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use Revv Business you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use

Revv Business is provided to enable advertisers to create and manage video ad campaigns on the Revv marketplace. You may only use the service for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not upload, submit, or promote any content that:

• Is illegal or violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Is deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent (including scams and counterfeit products).
• Contains adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or violence against any group or individual.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Contains malware or links to harmful sites.
• Attempts to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the service's security or functionality.

5. Ad Approval

All ads submitted through Revv Business are subject to review. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, remove, or pause any ad that we deem to violate these Terms, our content policies, or our community standards. We may do so without prior notice and without liability.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and charged in Romanian Leu (RON). Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

Refund policy. We do not provide refunds for ad views or clicks that have already been delivered. If an ad is rejected before it begins serving, the unused balance may be refunded at our discretion. Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Applicable VAT and other taxes will be added where required.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting an ad you grant Revv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Revv Business at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, outstanding obligations survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revv Business is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific ad performance, delivery volumes, or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revv's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Revv in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Revv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Revv harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice in the service. Continued use of Revv Business after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in București, Romania.
